Community Service Opportunities

As an International MYP school, we encourage students to give back t our community.  Certificates are awarded to those who complete the minimum required volunteer hours for their grade level (6th: 15, 7th: 20, 8th: 25), and students who volunteer 50 or more hours will be recognized by Mayor Bennet at the annual Mayor's Youth Voluneteer Service Award Ceremony, which will be held on May 15th at 4:30pm at the Sonesta Resort in Shipyard.

Students must keep a record of volunteer hours on the Service log, wich is p. 31 in the student agenda book.  This document must be turned in to the school by April 24th in order to quality for the awards ceremony.

Available Opportunities
